I was a little worried about staying here when I saw some of the reviews. Almost everything was booked so we gave it a try. I did not see any of the things people were complaining about. Our room was spotless and the staff are very friendly and accommodating We will definitely stay here again

Omni Richmond Hotel
Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize.
