「Property was perfect for us as we were at a concert,so only need a place to sleep,great to have secure parking and secure building,its nothing fancy but for the price its great if you only want a place to sleep.」

We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. 「Easy enough check in process and clean enough room- totally understand hotels are busier at a weekend with events on but I just don’t feel this box room was worth what I paid. To get right into the centre it was a 30 min walk almost. Check out at 10am was rubbish, lifts and stairs were packed with dozens of people running at 9:50am to reception- most hotels are 11am or even midday to check out. Hotel listing made it sound as though the tv and fridge was in your own room rather than the wider...
