"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. He assisted us with our luggage and even monitored the security cameras to see when guests arrived, stepping out immediately to help with check-in and storage. When we returned later to pick up our stored bags in the afternoon, he came out to offer us cold water in the air-conditioned lounge, which can be entered only with hotel key. It was a very hot and humid day, and being able to cool down before our walk to the train station was a wonderful, thoughtful touch. So even though the hotel room is small, I recommend this hotel for short stay, for its cleanness and wonderful staff."

"This is my 3rd time staying at 9 Brick Hotel. It’s a wonderful hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, great rooms and it’s in a wonderful part of Hongdae where you’ll find many restaurants, wine bars, cafes and shops all within walking distance. Enjoy!"

"The facilities have everything that you need making it convenient for solo travelers and families. Public transportation is nearby and HONGDAE is a short 13 minute walk. There are plenty of cafes and places to eat . 7Eleven is on the same corner . It’s really a great place to meet other creators and the gym/kitchen is accommodating.highly recommend."

"Room was very clean and well organized. Beds were super comfortable. I really appreciated the shower doors as it avoided any water from spilling out onto the floor. All of the staff (cleaning and front desk) were all so nice and helpful! Location is perfect as it is close to the main hongdae street and close to the subway station. Would recommend this hotel!"
