「The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.」

「The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was easy. The staff was 5 star service. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. I wish I could comment on the arcade, but I didn't use it. It looked to be a decent size. My favorite part was the family style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. A must before you go! The pools and spa's were pretty awesome, too. I was on a family trip with my sister and her kids, but my nephew ended up sleeping at my hotel...

"Please leave a number and I will call you back." I called at 5p to check on reservations. I called 4 times at 7p when we got there. Finally the voicemail box was full. 「The room was clean, bathrooms could use some work. Breakfast was again not great. They had eggs and sausages out this time but they were cold. No one came to check or refresh it, so I’m sure they were not following food safety compliance. In such a small town with not many restaurants I was hoping they could do a better job.」

「This was the most atrocious stay I have ever had at a hotel. I called to let them know that I would be bringing a service animal as a courtesy and they proceeded by asking me illegal questions about my dogs that are against ada compliance and laws. They said they would do an assessment of my dogs once we arrive and after I told them that this was illegal they backed off. Then once we got there she asked for paperwork regarding my service dog. Which is also illegal. Then once we entered the room...
