"Fabulous choice in Talkeetna. Chinook Cabins are very lovely, comfortable and convenient. Walkable to town shops, bakery, coffee, brewery, etc, artisan shops , historical town with quaint interesting museum. Terrific staff and easy transportation and bag storage for train travelers. Highly recommend."

"This is an amazing place!! The property is amazing and Dawn is an amazing host! She goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable in so many ways. We wish we stayed one more night! Her breakfast was excellent! We loved the Denali view suite (telescope pointed at Denali) but we unfortunately couldn’t see it due to rain. (Or you can see Denali from the back deck). The room was rustic elegance! Gorgeous bathroom w nice toiletries. Comfy bed. En suite coffee/tea. Hot tub. Adorable dog! Convenient to Talkeetna (cute town). Stay here! You will be glad you did!"

"The Willow cabin was great. Easy to find off main spur to Talkeetna. Last 1/5 of mile on an unpaved road. The cabin has great heat, WiFi, and a smart Samsung plus tv in main room. Lots of towels and Nepresso coffee maker w/k-cups. Would highly recommend."

"A spotless property that is a very good value. Note: bathroom ls are communal but for us it wasn’t a “deal killer.” The bathroom and showers were, like the rest of the property, spotless. My only suggestion was for the owners to proves extra pillows. We had two very thin pillows and one normal thickness; unfortunately, there were two of us. I still got a nice night’s sleep but would have appreciated a second pillow or a thicker one."

"Really nice people with a view that is fantastic with regard to Mt Mckinley on a clear day. Comfortable room and a terrific living area for guests with a view of Mt Mckinley. If I am fortunate enough to go to Alaska again, I will stay with them."
