"The hotel is good but a bid dated. The rooms could do with a renewal, the furniture looked ok but a bit old. For a five star hotel, I was expecting more amenities in the bathroom, which was quite basic. The restaurant was a bit expensive and food was ok. I understand that this is next to the airport so you need to pay a premium for that but the food was ok not mind blowing. The staff was polite although they mixed up things a couple of times showing that processes need to be reinforced to avoid things slipping. Again for a five star hotel you should expect better. The swimming pool was good and there is a sort of sento which is nice. Overall a good solid hotel but there is room for improvement."

"The hotel was clean, convenient, and close to amenities. It is also very close to the airport for an overnight stay prior to travel. My only complaint, however, was that I was very hot sleeping as the A/C did not function correctly and would not cool the room. Other than that the staff were helpful and welcoming."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The toilet was with a wet room, so no curtain or division from the sink and toilet seat. But I showered every day in the sauna. What was free and had all the facilities included, even ice cream.they provided pyjamas, sleepers and water daily. The hotel was well located, and near to a station in the green line. The roof top was phenomenal. We went there evenings and early mornings for breakfast ( that we bought in the corner)."
