"We had a very pleasant a short stay at Shilla Stay Guro as a group and would definitely recommend this hotel. 1.The location is very convenient, with easy access to Seoul’s Line 2, which made getting around the city simple. 2.There are also convenience stores nearby, as well as shopping streets with a variety of shops, restaurants, and other services. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we also appreciated the buffet options for lunch and dinner, which were especially convenient when traveling as a group. What really stood out was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Joe Ù for the excellent hospitalities services and to Chris, who was extremely helpful with our request for an extended check-out and other helps. Their friendly and professional service made our stay even more enjoyable. 3.The hotel lobby is another highlight—a nice place to relax, meet with the group, or simply chill out. The soft music and comfortable atmosphere made it very welcoming after a busy day in Seoul."

"This little gem was a perfect spot to spend my final night in Seoul. It has plenty of great restaurants nearby and it was close enough to the metro that I could easily walk there before and after check-in and check out. The room was crazy clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying there my next time in Seoul!"

"The property was located near a residential area and was close to the metro including the airport line. There were cozy restaurants nearby. However, it was priced the same as another place which is in the heart of the city and better located and has better amenities such as conferencing. Hotels in Korea should also clearly state that they dont provide toiletries becuase they are forbidden by law to provide single use plastic items because we now presume that they would be provided. I had to buy these items on my first night in Korea which was a bit annoying though i found them at a store nearby."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
