「Property is ok but getting confirmation to check-in with the host is hard」

「There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host.
