If you plan to rent a car like we did, their parking lot is fairly small and an extra cost. The staff was very friendly ..."

"Facility was average. Bed was too soft. Entrance to apartment was near the garbage so it smelt. Location to Lucerne Bahnhof was a 20 min walk and 15 min to chapel bridge. There are 3 supermarkets across the road from apartment Coop, Migros and Aldi."

"A very nice spacious apartment. With every amenity you could think of. Very new within walking distance of town. It is not in old town which is the only downside. Restaurant was excellent. We also basically had our own sauna. Although we were visiting in the spring between winter and summer season. ..."
