「Halls and rooms smelled like cigarette smoke! Absolutely do not recommend staying here. Told the staff at the front desk that we booked with Expedia and we would be leaving due to the cigarette smell making me sick and he asked me if it was there before or if we caused it! Unplowed sidewalks and parking lot. Tried opening our window blinds and only one side would open. 」

「Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter.
Our room got way too hot and air conditioner was not working, the lady at the front dest diligently got us a new room at 10pm and was so kind about it! We greatly appreciated her kind efforts! 」
