Staff were friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the location if you have an early flight from T5. I was only there for one night but would say that a major miss was that they did not have any plugs bedside. I don't want to have to get out of bed to access my devices.

Clean quiet room. Good meal in Avaiator bar at a reasonable price given hotels location Easy transfer via pod to T5 for our early morning flight . Will use again when flying for T5

Leonardo London Heathrow Airport
First stay at Leonardo, the staff were so helpful and polite. The room was nice, especially the bathroom and the bed. The TV had lots of channels. They gave an option to add breakfast for £10, but I needed to rush off early. It was also close to a local bus stop which saved paying the high price ...
