"Loved the amenities at the hotel (indoor pool, sauna & steam room). The fruit & flavored water in the lobby were a nice touch. The concierge were very helpful with booking transportation & tours. The buffet breakfast was delicious! Hotel was close to a lot of landmarks."

"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
