"The hotel was lovely. Well maintained and staff helpful and happy. It was very quiet at night. Also positioned in the town for easy walking access to the shops. The lovely quilting and wool shop next door was a welcomed bonus."

"Clean room, great facilities with kitchen facilities and easy walking distance to town and shops. Allocated parking and friendly, efficient reception. Only thing I didn’t like was the overpowering smell of bleach when I opened the door. I hate bleach & having it in the bedroom and kitchen was horrible. I tried leaving all the windows open but had to go and buy a room deoderiser and perfume spray or I wouldn’t have been able to stay in the room at all. There are plenty of cleaning products that don’t smell of bleach so please change that. Otherwise great place."

"Bed comfortable, breakfast good, bathroom good. No table in room and only 1 chair. When we ordered a meal with room service we asked for a second chair but reception staff had gone home. Food was good but we had to use the ironing board at the end of the bed for a table for us to have our meal."

"We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the parking spaces in front was taken by someone else. Shower tiles grout need to be cleaned. Bath mats were worn. Otherwise, all good for 2 quick nights"
