"Handy position. Our room had no view, not at all like picture on site listing. Room was adequate but bland and tired. Needed a fresh paint and refresh. Foyer in section 18 smelt of smoke and was dirty and needed a good clean. Lifts also quite grubby."

"Very hepfull staff, i was offered a nice appartment at floor 79, which has amazing views. Very comfortable bed! Parking is quite easy, with direct elevatir access, but a little expensive at 45$/day.The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure, and the room is a little bit dusty."

"Easy and friendly check in and check out. The hallway on the floor we were on smelled a bit damp, but the room didn’t. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. Bathroom quite small given there were 4 of us - probably not the best room for 4 people. Breakfast was excellent; options to cover everyone, very attentive staff and good food. The kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and the complimentary pool towels was helpful. Great spot to enjoy some sun and downtime. Location was super handy and we would definitely stay again."
