Washroom is open no sliding door never seen such wash room in hotels my life. The berms they provided was too small for a 13 years old and we provided the age while booking. Reception did not want to hear said this is standard here! Will never recommend anyone

Very clean rooms and staff was very helpful. Also, very quiet from any noise in the room. Great location to take the train or light rail. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but did eat dinner twice. Very limited menu and wasn't one of the best meals that we had during our trip to Basel. Was charged ten dollars for two glasses of tap water.
