"There was no-one manning reception just your name and room number on door which could cause security risk. Did not see any staff until we were leaving and cleaner was next door.
The room was clean the beds a bit hard and no electric blanket or microwave to warm a heat pack.
The complimentary biscuits were lovely and having the kettle we could use our hot water bottle as was cold this time of year (winter)"
