Our room was not clean and the bathroom needed cleaning. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. We would stay again if the cleanliness gets better but did enjoy the rest of the hotel.

We had a great overnight stay at the Hotel, the breakfast was good and the Spa was just what we needed in the morning, before we checked out. We would happily stay here again

Cavern Quarter Apts - 31 North John St
Great space, loads of room for 3 of us. Handy location, noisy…but hey it’s Mathew Street! Don’t forget to pack soap, shampoo and shower gel!
