"Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. Great food that night in the main hotel where we were supposed to go for check in. This needs to be explained on the booking as it is only around the corner but if you don’t know, you don’t know. "Great hotel for the area. Amenities were simple, and I would stay here again."

"It is a lovely hotel with all its spa facilities. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. However, it does not have a central bar area where you can just relax with a drink. I will stay there again next week but I will be looking for another option in the Friesland area."
