A great find for overnight or staying longer

Good location, very good rooms with incl. breakfast, great value and a great restaurant with local food at modest prices which was a real bonus. Whether using this hotel as a base for local exploration or as an overnight stop this is a real find.

Das Hotel ist ok, das Personal freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Im Frühstücksraum, da sehr voll, liess die Organisation etwas zu wünschen übrig, z.B. zeitweise kein Brot oder Brötchen, kein heisses Wasser für Tee u.a.. In unserem Zimmer war, auch bei geschlossenen Fenster, Verkehrslärm zu hören. Gummierte Unterlagen unter den Bettlaken sind ein Übel.

Details verbesserungsbedürftig, insgesamt noch gut

Ich hatte ein First-Class-Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung reserviert. Hier waren Verdunkelungsvorhänge versprochen. Leider schlief ich sehr schlecht aufgrund der Tatsache, dass diese Vorhänge eben nicht komplett abdunkeln. Es schien das Licht vom Parkplatz ins Zimmer, da bin ich sehr empfindlich. Bitte die Vorhänge durch echte blickdichte Vorhänge austauschen. Der Wellness-Bereich war genial, mit verschiedenen Massagedüsen und Gegenstromanlage sowie Whirlpool, Dampfbad und Sauna. Was gar nicht geht: Warme Küche laut Webseite bis 21:30 Uhr und Restaurant geöffnet bis 23 Uhr. Warum kann ich mir dann um 21:38 Uhr keine Nachspeise bestellen? Für ein Eis braucht man keine Kochgerätschaften! Auch unpassend ist, dass der Geldbetrag fürs Zimmer über hotels.com eingezogen wird und das Hotel dann keine Rechnung ausstellt. Als Geschäftsreisender benötigt man eine Rechnung des Hotels mit ausgewiesener Mehrwertsteuer. Ich habe schon viele Hotels über hotels.com gebucht und es war kein Problem, das Zimmer vor Ort zu bezahlen und eine Rechnung zu bekommen. Da ich damit großen Ärger bei der Monatsabrechnung haben werde, kann ich bei Ihnen nicht mehr übernachten. Schade!
