「Clean and friendly」

「Presently under construction so expect a mess in the halls. The AC was noisy and I could not get the shower to work. I turned and pulled but nothing. Baths are not my thing.」

「Two things that I did not like, 1st-I have asthma, and smoking bothers me. When I came in the main lobby, I could smell cigarette smoke. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so luckily I couldn't smell it up there. Later we took a walk on the main floor and the closer we got to the Casino end the stronger the cigarette smoke was. We had to turn around because it really affected my lungs, I needed to take my 2 inhalers and get up to our room. 2nd- we were there 2 nights for a balloon festival nearby....

「My father was stranded in De Soto and needed a place to stay. I was able to book him a room at this motel until I could arrange a flight home to return him to Seattle. The staff was extremely helpful with accommodating him, and even gave him a ride to the airport so he wouldn’t miss his flight. I am extremely grateful to the staff for helping my dad get home safely. If I ever need to stay in De Soto I will seriously consider using their services!」

「The room was very clean, the gal at the front desk was new but super friendly, & we loved the small town atmosphere. The only thing we were missing was a coffee pot in the room & maybe a couple more pillows! All in all, great overnight stay!」
