Looks dumpy from the outside, however rooms were clean and comfortable. No coffee in the morning the only negative. Easy walking to casinos and diner.. would stay there again.

Large room, check in and check out was quick. Rooms were remodeled. It was equipped with fridge, microwave coffee maker, however coffee pods were terrible. TV and AC worked well. Big negative however were the mattresses. They were very worn and uneven to the point that sleep was not good. Also, the sheets didn't have that clean crisp look, like they had not been washed.

was as expected for the price/area/activity we were attending. VERY disappointed with the lack of electricity in the outlets of both of our kids rooms, employee's were very unhelpful and advised "go somewhere else" while knowing the town was completely full ..took just minutes the next morning for a maintenance person to rectify the situation. Very Poor service for our family

Customer service was good. The hotel was run-of-the-mill. Outside saftey lights are VERY bright and curtains didn't keep the light out. We had to use a few clips ans jimmy-rig the curtain to decreawe the amount of light. Otherwise, the stay was just fine.
