My room was not cleaned properly. The bed sheet and pillow covers were clearly used, and instead of a proper blanket, the hotel provided a bed scarf. Easy to check in, but room felt like it could have been cleaned better. The floor was extremely dirty and seemed like it had not been mopped/cleaned in quite some time. The pool also seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while.
