「The staff, front desk and cleaning crew, were so friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Their tips about what activities to do, what restaurants to eat at, and what to avoid were spot on. The hotel was quiet, clean, and our room had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport, close to the freeway, and close to downtown.」

「The front desk person was hard to understand due to lack of good English spoken. The cleaning staff neglected to supply towels which we discovered in the morning - we had planned on showering before leaving but not towels altho there was bath soap, shampoo etc.. Renovating was in progress in some areas so elevator to upper floor rooms was not working. The breakfast area was not really inviting... needs updating.... the food offered was a bit below average. Would go again if the need arose.」
