"We really loved our stay at The Bull. I’ve been to many Fuller’s pubs in the past but never stayed in one of their hotels and after this great experience I will seek out other sites they run. The Bull was a character filled old building, renovated to a beautiful standard - impeccably clean, absolutely loved the décor too. Breakfast was really big and also full of quality ingredients. Great quality sheets and I love Bramley bath products. Staff very friendly. We stayed in the suite which was HUGE and really comfy, great value for such a nice property. Oh also they gave us a free drink at the pub downstairs since we were staying over, really nice touch! And free parking always helps. Hope to return sometime."

"Staff were friendly and approachable, nothing to much trouble. Room was spacious but with a small on suite. On are stay weather was lovely, which made room very hot at night even with a fan. Breakfast had a good buffet selection of hot and cold items. Cooked breakfast was lovely. Free parking available, small car park, but we had no issues in parking during are stay."

"Excellent welcome by staff on arrival Breakfast fantastic a great choice and plenty of food Parking was easy and it was straightforward to log your vehicle Only little niggle was the room was cold because apparently the heating had been switched off two weeks earlier- I know it was June when I checked in but the English weather is unpredictable and a little heat at least first thing in the morning would have made it more comfortable"

"On the whole we enjoyed our stay. The food really and staff were very nice. The decor was a little dated and the room smelt a little musty, which wasnt really a problem. I was looking forward to having a bath after a 200 mile drive. Unfortunately there were black spots around the corners of the silicon on the edge of the bath. Then I turned the taps on I went back to the bath to check on it and there were things floating in the bath. I emptied it a tried again. I did this 4 times. Every time there was stuff coming out of the taps. When I brought it to the hotels attention. Is all they said was that there was repairs going on in the street and it could of been that. This happened the following evening too. As regards the matter the hotel staff were not very helpful but they were polite. When your paying for a suite I would have thought that they would of been able to help us a bit more. I ended up washing in the sink. The breakfast was very nice. I would consider staying there again. Please dont take this review as all bad. Everything else about the hotel was very nice as were the staff. It was just that they wasnt helpful with one issue. If I was staying there longer than 2 nights I would have asked for another room."
