"Wanted a deposit but would charge $6 even if no problems. They called it a processing fee. The front desk not open until 9am. The side entrance to get in the parking lot blocked off. Could not get to the hotel because of one way street. Had to drive around again for a few miles to get to the only entrance. The room was newly renovated and clean but the exterior of the property and the lobby were in need of significant repair/upgrades. Not sure why it’s listed as very good on Expedia. Would not stay here again."

"This place has roaches. I moved 2 rooms and couldn’t escape them. It is also poorly maintained. The second room I ended up the employee tried to talk it up & say it was special & only given out on certain occasions. I’m sorry but absolutely not!! A room with roaches and a cracked shower floor is not special in the least. I booked this place before reading the 1 stars. I should have only paid for one night. The only thing is I had enough sense not to leave my belongings out. The only place to put them was the fridge. Everything went into the fridge, other than my suitcase, because I’m not taking any stowaway roaches home. Yucky!!"

"The hotel was a decent stay overall—not the best I’ve experienced, but still a good option. We did run into an issue with my mother-in-law’s room having a strange smell, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They helped us switch her to another room, which ended up being much better, and we really appreciated their responsiveness. The amenities were great, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made for a restful stay. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything else met our needs. For a quick and convenient stay, we would definitely consider coming back."
