"Pool/hot tub out of order. Waffle iron in the breakfast was out of order. No hot water or microwave (except in room). Room was dirty, mattress on the couch bed was badly stained. The blankets were stained and falling apart. Pillows lumpy. The a/c worked. "

"We had a great stay overall! While the room was a bit dated, it was still very comfortable and clean. The breakfast options could have been better, but the nice pool area made up for it and was a great place to relax. The staff was incredible—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return!"

"Hot tub jets didn't work. The king size bed was absolutely horrendous, it put our backs out. The curtains were falling off the hanger. The faucet handle came off. The shower head wouldn't shoot straight and barely put out any water. Peoples dogs were barking when we walked down the hall and barked and cried when they left them in their room. They didn't have any eggs for breakfast."
