It just didn’t look or feel clean. There were bugs in our hotel room all week. We had to ask for someone to come clean our room and they never did. They took out our trash once all week and didn’t even take all of it out. Some of the staff was helpful and some weren’t.

1st thing, curb appeal is excellent, check in was very easy and smooth. No surprises except the pleasantness and sincerity of check in staff. Very accommodating and spacious rooms, wonderful pool and surrounding grounds. Abundance of inclusive immensities in room and breakfast, including all day coffee, tea and cold beverages. Great value at a very reasonable price.

The room we stayed in is really run down (stains, peeling paint, etc.) and REEKS of animal urine. Can’t access the property driveway from the opposite side of the street, so have to u-turn or circle the block to enter. Staff are very friendly and common areas are better maintained than our room.

This place has soiled carpets everywhere, vending machine were all empty or missing, only one key card per room, breakfast was lacking (when it ran out they didnt refill it), the A/C barely worked, didn't get the room below 80, pool was dirty, no hot tub. Would not stay here again.

Quite disappointed in this La Quinta. Very old, needs updating and deep cleaning. Bedding was stained, walls dirty, furniture old and chipped with holes, door privacy lock broken, garbage in parking lot and on grounds, mattresses poor quality.

Very rundown. Damage seen on floor and doors. No hairdryer but the wall mount still on wall. No sink plug. Went for the free breakfast and it was mostly empty. No time for me to wait for the cook to bring more. I have made this a yearly stopover for 20 years, but it has gone downhill. I will not return until it is remodeled.

I didn’t like the attitude of the staff doesn’t matter how busy it is. You treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism and we were not treated. That way we were pushed to the back of the line because a bunch of firefighters showed up. I reserved my room three days before them and was still told to wait so overall rating not happy and never gonna stay at another one again.

Pool was off limits because they were using it as a pond for ducks. The chair in my room had stains on it. Requested 2 courtesy wake up calls that I never got in the morning, good thing I woke up for my appointment. Overall - decent stay for what I needed it for and was able to walk to my appointment. Breakfast was all right, convenient.

The property was ok if you need a one night stay. It was very generic. We did not have any hand soap on arrival. The air conditioner in the 2nd and 3rd floors, we were told, were very hot. The ice machine was broken on the 1st and 2nd floors so we had to go to the 3rd floor. There were very few outlets to plug in. Most light fixtures were unplugged. The area wasn’t the best. Cattlemen’s Restaurant was GREAT! You get 10% off with your key card. It was right next door. The hotel overall was not horrible, but not great.

Two stars at best! Pool closed during our stay (106-111) had to go to the water park, another $50 because no pool! Side door continued to be propped open through out the night. Today obnoxiously loud barking dogs!

Filthy. Trash piled up in overflowing trashcans. They brought us the rollaways for the kids and they were torn, worn-out and stained all over- there was a filthy green half filled pool. Furniture and floors were stained and unsanitary. Curtains had holes in them. We complained the toilet was leaking and no one came to repair. Horrible.

The rugs were really bad, the room smells really bad that we have to buy air fresheners to use, the vent in the bathrooms wasn’t working, front desk customer service was terrible, workers that was handling breakfast was very mean. I ask for a plate and he said there’s no more plates, turn around and left. I ended up using the bowl for my waffles. I ask to please wipe the tables because they were very dirty and he told me that it wasn’t his job and for me to do it myself. If there was wipes around I would’ve done it myself but the tables was really bad that a dry napkins wouldn’t clean it. He finally decided to come clean the tables and he only wiped it one time and said that was it. He was really mean. He then turned around and said if I don’t like it then leave. I was so disappointed at this worker. I asked for the General Managers number at the front desk and she gave me the number to the front desk. I was there from Sunday - Wednesday with two rooms and we never went back down for breakfast because of this treatment. I hope you can do something with your employees. They need to treat the customers with respect at all times.
