「The place is fairly new, just in the wrong location. Parking is all fence enclosed. The problem is the staff. I am a senior citizen and that did not affect their attitude. They implied that I was hiding someone else to join me in my room since I was registered as a single but had a king size bed. 「The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. 「Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. 「To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained.」
