"The room type I booked was unavailable. I had prepaid, so that was unexpected. It worked out because we were able to get a rollaway bed as a second bed, but I wish they had communicated earlier. "

"The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called the front desk and told them and the lady said "We have never had A/C problems in that room before". She stated that someone would come look at it but no one ever came. After 45 minutes, I just returned the keys and checked out. The lady at the deak said she would let someone know and that I would be reimbursed for my one night stay, that never happened. Still waiting for reimbursement. "

"Had an unauthorized debit to my card first attempt was 250 which failed then he did 50. After I had checked in over an hour after I checked in this could have placed me in a bind no for warning nothing"

"Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."

"The location was great and very easy to park and access. All the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell it’s an older hotel so there is some visible wear and tear in the rooms. But overall, a comfortable stay. "

"The hot water wasn’t working in the entire building staff told me 10 times, it’ll be ready in 5 mins. Never happened. There’s a lot of better options without having to deal with this one "

"The A/C doesn’t work! Everything in this place is a mess, dirty bad smell. If you’re looking for cleanliness this is not the place. Worse experience ever! "
