"Reserved a room, drove 3 hours the day of and was told it was canceled. No call, no email, just a sorry, we can’t help you… claimed they called 3 times, but no calls or voicemail. Would probably suggest trying a different hotel. "

"The staff continuously called me to have me do early check in prior to even seeing the property and I had pay at property selected. She stated she’d tried to run my card to check me in WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was furious but had my card locked so she couldn’t. I’d never stay here again. "

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."
