"Better than expected for the price.All the staff were great, fast easy check in..very knowledgeable about the area. Stayed 3 days but no housekeeping but I think that's pretty much every where now & we didn't really need it. Had plenty of towels for just my husband & I and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. I'm sure if we would've requested it they would've been more than happy to do it. Great location being in between the river & the beach and a lot less expensive than the hotels in both areas but only about 20min from either. Pool was open but a little cloudy, still a little chilly to be in the water for me. Breakfast was waffles & other continental items..coffee was great though! Everything was very clean from the inside to the outside areas..nice simple landscaping with a grill & picnic table on the side. Plenty of shopping across the street & just down the road plus 20min from the Riverwalk & the USS North Carolina..make sure you wear comfortable shoes for both of these lol. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We love the Hampton Inn at Carolina Beach! This was our second stay in a row and we plan on returning the same time next year! The staff is fabulous! We were graciously welcomed by Sharon at the desk, and while our rooms weren’t ready as we had arrived at 11:30am. We relaxed in the lovely, high-ceilinged lobby with our cups of hot tea, and before our teas were gone, our rooms were ready! We also love the Tiki Bar, and server, Kelly. She was great. She recommended yummy eateries and turned on the gas fireplace for us! A wonderful Holiday getaway! Thanks to the wonderful Hampton Inn at Carolina Beach! "

"I showed up on a bad day, long line, phones ringing off the hook, and the front staff handling it like a professional. 3 staff short, delays in getting rooms ready and doing everything she could , taking names and phone numbers to let everyone know as soon as they would be ready…… all with a smile.
