「This was our 2nd stay. The (2) ladies who checked us IN were extremely off-putting and not at all helpful explaining why we didn’t get the room we’d hoped for. Large breakfast area with small and large waffles and everything else. Juices, coffee, different stuff. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, etc. friendly staff.」

「We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....
