「I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. 「We had a 1 hr wait for our room to be ready .spacious and clean but tatty and needing redecorating .wallpaper hanging off the walls shabby furniture. Towels and bedding good. below average standard. Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing. I could not recommend this hotel The staff were brilliant and the best thing about this hotel」

「The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way. Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to. Very welcoming and up for a chat, great company when feeling lonely or just want to socialize. The bedroom felt relaxing and the curtians were great at keeping out the cold.
