"The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, and the hotel itself is very beautiful and well-decorated. It’s a bit outdated with older elevators and worn seats, but it still has an elegant feel walking in. The staff is friendly and receptive.
Their mini store is not great, it’s small and there was nowhere to get plastic utensils except at the bar. Which would be okay, but I had two small children with me that I wasn’t intending on bringing into a crowded bar.
The pool area is nice. The pool is a decent size, and the hot tub is pretty great. It could be maintained a bit better throughout the day- a few times there weren’t enough towels, the bins remained empty over a period of 1-2 hours. There were also a few times that people had left food around the hot tub that wasn’t cleaned until the next day.
The rooms are super spacious and the chairs are incredibly comfortable. I ended up sleeping in one during my stay because the mattresses were SO uncomfortable. None of us got quality sleep during our stay because they were just so bad. No microwave in the room but there was one in the mini store.
Overall, it is an okay place to stay. Nothing really stands out, but nothing (except the beds) is really terrible, either. "
