"I rarely leave reviews for hotels, as most luxury prices come with equally luxurious accommodations. However, this time was different—we booked this airport hotel last minute due to an unexpected flight cancellation. The price was low, so we didn’t expect much. But to our surprise, the hotel shuttle promptly picked us up, and the front desk staff checked us in efficiently and warmly. They even happily helped us reserve the shuttle to the nearby train station for the next morning. And breakfast was included in the room rate! All of this service was covered—what more could we ask for? We had assumed there would be aircraft noise given the location next to the airport, but to our amazement, it was completely quiet. That was such a wonderful surprise! Staying at this hotel truly soothed the stress and disappointment of our cancelled flight."

My only complaint was that there was a very large parking lot closed off which made it difficult to get to the hotel lobby for my elderly mother, who was still recovering from hip surgery and using a walker.
