「Nice place for a quick stop. Ac didn’t work right in the room and breakfast was nothing special but enough to get through. Great location to expressway. Room was clean! Staff was really kind. This is our second stay and will come again.」

「The hotel is old but well kept in terms of cleanliness. We are used to having toothbrush kits available even in small inns so we were disappointed that it was not available here. No drinking water too and resto was not open early for breakfast.」

「The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated」

「Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.」

「We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance.」

「The room was nice no refrigerator no microwave, TV with Little, bathroom door kept sticking and it was loud. The bed was comfortable. Wish they would’ve had breakfast on the weekends. They have it during the week, but not weekends. overall, I’d give it a three or four..」

「Not much to be liked. Pool and hot tub broke. No estimate on when it will be fixed. AC unit for lobby, dining area and corridors broke. Staff were keeping doors open to get fresh air which allowed bugs to enter. Elevator safety inspection expired Jan 01,2026. This property feels like no one can spend money to fix material issues. Should be closed until they can fix issues」

「The room was very dirty. Some areas hadn’t been touched with a cleaning cloth for months. Carpets filthy socks turned brown after just walking around a bit. Not even a hair dyer available. Ceiling appeared to have mold on it. AC unit not functioning correctly. Overall terrible experience 😞😞😞😫」
