「Lovely old hotel, very clean and the staff were all so friendly」

「Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.」

「Roxanne the manager on duty was great! She was very attentive and kind and funny with jokes. She was smiling from the time we checked in until the day we checked out and always asked if everything was going well and if I needed anything any time she saw me in the lobby etc. Rest of the staff was friendly and kind as well and met all our needs while we stayed. We typically don’t ask for much :). Would def stay again!」

I think they should have towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door, but other than that, the room was great! The location was also nice being on the water and near to other businesses. My only real complaint was with the staff. When we first tried to check in an hour early, I was first made to wait. 「This place is cooler than cool. It's extremely well maintained. Historical through and through. The rooms are larger than a typical hotel, with extremely high ceilings. A common area with snacks and refreshments just for the very limited # of rooms/guests. The restaurant and bar downstairs is great. And... despite being above the bar and restaurant (which close at a reasonable hour btw), I did not have ANY issues with noise. Lastly, the staff was 10:10 with checking in / assistance /...
