We had a wonderful stay at Curaçao Gardens for our honeymoon. Walking distance to shopping and souvenir shops including the beautiful Hulanda Village. Our plunge pool was cool and refreshing after a long day out on the town or by the ocean. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We suggest going next door to Maira's for breakfast or dinner, the owner is very kind and the food is spectacular. All around a great visit for these Americans.

I booked though Expedia and upon arrival, the host informed that there was a $100 cleaning fee. The host, Paula, was unhelpful as far as directions and not very welcoming. The apartment was dark and hot. You also have to pay for electricity overages. I do not recommend this place.

Had a great stay at Kas Di Laman in October 2022. Paula was helpful and responsive as the property manager. The property is quiet and lush, with a large, shared common space in the gardens adjoining the different apartments in the complex. The plunge pool in the common area was great for our 8 year old daughter to entertain herself while my wife and I hung out on the loungers and read our novels. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. We unfortunately had a lot of construction noise from the apartment across from ours - they were renovating it - so this was our only complaint but Paula and the owner were very apologetic and offered a bit of a refund for our lost sleep, which we really appreciated. The best part about Kas Di Laman is the location. Maira's kitchen across the street is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and makes delicious smoothies. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and took many entertaining walks in the area to enjoy the local art (murals everywhere!) and wildlife (dogs and chickens mainly lol). Really a great location, walkable to many great restaurants (Bario, Bodega, Gouverneur) and a perfect launch pad feom which to explore the island.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados e adoramos a estadia. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e nos atendeu perfeitamente. É um lugar que ficaríamos novamente! A localização é ótima para quem quer ficar no centro, perto da ponte e dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. Tem a questão do depósito em 100 dólares que pedem de caução, mas pra quem tem zelo pelo que é dos outros, não é problema.

A hospedagem é boa. Infelizmente nossa experiência não foi boa. Isso porque, no checkin nosso quarto estava sujo quando chegamos à noite, e tivemos que dormir em outro quarto pela primeira noite e mudarmos para o quarto reservado. Não fosse a agilidade e gentileza do funcionário Miguel, que merece aqui todos os cumprimentos, estaríamos mal atendidos. Além disso, fomos contados por uma taxa de limpeza da qual sequer fomos informados com antecedência, e conforme o extrato da reserva recebido por mim no meu e-mail aos 15/8, todos os valores e taxas já haviam sido pagos. Enfim, uma experiência desagradável, pois fui cobrado insistentemente por uma funcionária após o checkout enquanto estava aproveitando as minhas merecidas férias de lua de mel com a minha esposa.

Apartamento amplo e bem localizado

Ótimo apartamento bem localizado (estratégico para ir ao norte ou sul da ilha)… é um casarão antigo reformado, muito amplo e aconchegante! Camas confortáveis, toalhas brancas e macias, chuveiro maravilhoso… único defeito não ter porta no box, o que acaba molhando um pouco o banheiro, mas com o calor que faz seca rapidinho! Me senti segura mesmo tendo que deixar o carro estacionado na rua. A escolha de um apartamento no andar superior foi ótima pois é mais ventilado, só tem o inconveniente da escada, mas para quem não tem problema de mobilidade não interfere em nada. Senti falta de um microondas, mas a cozinha é bem completa para quem prefere fazer as refeições em casa. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!

Quarto aconchegante, muito limpo. O colchão separava no meio, dois colchões de solteiro juntos. Área comum muito bem arrumada, com espaços de convivência. Piscina sempre muito limpa. Como fiquei logo no primeiro quarto, as motos na rua durante a noite incomodavam um pouco com o barulho. Tem uma lava e seca para uso dos hóspedes. Hotel muito próximo a ponte móvel e pontos turísticos, 5 minutos a pé. Paula nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem, nos atendendo e explicando tudo o que precisávamos.

The property is amazing - clean, comfortable, excellent location. Plenty of free parking available on the street right in front. It's literally a 5 min walk to Queen Emma Bridge and the emblematic colorful houses. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and accommodating and we always had great communication with them. It truly feels like home away from home. We loved every second of our stay there. We would very highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
