Le service est très lent et même inexistant. La plage n’est pas loin des chambres le resort ce marche facilement . La propreté des chambres est médiocres et ainsi que tous les aires communes.

We loved our March stay! The oceanfront room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were incredibly soft, and the room setup with a king and two twins worked perfectly for our family. The food was amazing — you could really tell they took time to make quality meals. The only downside was that the lines could get a little long at times, but that seemed to be because everything was made fresh. The ocean was absolutely beautiful and calm so perfect with kids. Pools were not over crowded! It was a bit windy during our stay, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Make sure you pack snorkel gear or googles to see all the beautiful fish.

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and unfortunately the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. One of the biggest issues was the very loud nightly music, which made it difficult for our kids to sleep. After quite a bit of back and forth with management we were eventually moved to another room, which we appreciated, but the process was a hassle. The dining system was also frustrating. Having to stand in line between 10am–4pm just to reserve dinner for the next night felt inconvenient for an all-inclusive resort. We also found the food to be average overall at best. Our son has food allergies, which made dining stressful. At the buffet there wasn’t clear ingredient information, and even at the restaurants it was difficult to get clear answers about ingredients. Service at dinner was also extremely slow, which made the experience even more challenging with kids. Overall, many parts of the resort, including lounge chairs and common areas felt quite dated, and most staff interactions felt somewhat unfriendly until the last couple days of our stay when we did meet a few helpful staff members. Curaçao itself is so beautiful, but the resort experience fell short of what we were hoping.

No,I was unable to enjoy the pool. The resort has daily passes. During the weekends it gets busy with local people. No space and chairs available to accommodate guests at the pool area or at the beach. If you plan ahead to spend quality time with your family at the resort on the weekends you will be disappointed.I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and modern. Housekeeping came everyday. The pool was big and had a swim up bar. The beach was easy to get to - literally right outside our door! The food was plentiful, lots of variety and available almost around the clock. We also liked that the hotel was a quick 5 min walk to town. We would come back for sure!

Hi, I went to this hotel in January of 2026. I went with a group of girls and we had a good time. The rooms were clean and well kept. However, customer service is not that great. The front desk ladies were not friendly and did not seem to have the patience to explain how to make dinner reservation, etc. There were a few people that were nice but most of the staff were not helpful. Also, the staff who work at the pool bar were very slow and did not have any custom service skills! Other than that, it was a good hotel and the buffet had decent wide ranges of food selection.

This was the most expensive trip we’ve taken in years and unfortunately the worst resort experience we’ve had. Check-in took two hours with no apology or urgency. From there, the issues continued — AC problems, inconsistent water (at times no shower or flushing toilets), key cards not working, and housekeeping leaving doors unlocked. Linens were not changed, rooms had bugs, and there is no bottled drinking water provided in the rooms. The property itself is not well maintained. Hallways and stairwells were dirty, there were bugs in the elevators, and overall the resort feels neglected. Many “ocean view” rooms do not have an ocean view at all, and cruise ships dock directly in front of the resort blocking what little view there is. Dining was extremely frustrating. Restaurants require reservations but were always “full,” and we secured only one reservation all week. The buffet closes daily from 2:30–7pm, leaving very limited options. One evening guests arrived for dinner at 9pm (during posted hours) and were told the buffet was closing early. For an all-inclusive resort, food access was surprisingly limited. We ended up paying to eat off property multiple times. Service was minimal at best. Drinks at the buffet are self-serve, tables often needed to be cleaned by guests, front desk calls go unanswered, and staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Adults-only areas were not enforced. For the price paid, the lack of service, maintenance, & hospitality was unacceptable

Yes. And all staff at the resort were very accommodating. Food service in the buffet was best if any similar resort we have been to. I am sure we will be back again.

Staff were accommodating and overall friendly. Felt safe from theft, still have to always be on guard esp. for young adult solo female travelers. Food options are not the best. Amenities/maintenance/wifi could have been much better. (Broken toilet paper holder) Lost WiFi for an entire day while planning to work. Beach is man made however lovely to swim, no waves. Beach access is minimal and you have to get to the beach early to get a chair. Overall this resort served our purposes to relax and not worry while here.
