"Staff was very polite and courteous. Very clean room I have no complaints at all. "

"Booked because it was in stonebridge so I expected higher quality. The room was dirty, it was very noisy in the hotel, with people in the hallways all night and children running around. The fridge in the room made an awful noise on and off all night long. The walls in the room were poorly patched up from previous incidents and the whole hotel clearly needs some attention and deep cleaning. The room and rest of the hotel had a weird smell. The staff seem unbothered by the chaos. The one positive was that the bed and pillows were comfortable. "

"Lack of ventilation in bath/shower room caused rust and mould on walls, ceiling and fixtures. Pub staff friendly and energetic! Restaurant expensive and far below expectations. "

"The room was good except too warm and we couldn't turn dowm the heat for sleeping The steak sandwich was not good. Tuff and didn come the way I asked it to be cooked. I asked for medium well and came rare . Sent it back twice and was still not cooked right. "

"The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. It seem she spoke to me that way cause I was a person of color. It really hurt my feelings and ruined the whole experience for me. "

"Rooms were large enough to move around easily, counter space in bathroom was great, no odd odours. The breakfast was well set up with a good variety of hot and cold items, staff were quick to replenish the empty items. It is close to the arena we attended but may be out of the way for for other amenities such as shopping or restaurants but Saskatoon is easy to get around."
