This is a very nice property; our room was clean, beds are comfortable and pool is heated, the staff was very attentive and friendly and took care of any of our concerns quickly. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, we would definitely come back!

Very friendly family oriented place

My stay here at Pier Point was amazing the staff was amazing and they all made us feel like family i 100% would recommend this place to everyone that comes to wildwood to stay here you wont be disappointed.

Room was very comfortable except for the moldy smell from the bathroom. We were able to control the room temp very easily. Management tended to our tv needs very promptly. October=no pool.

If I had to give this plane a rating it would be 4.9 Almost perfect except the parking issue. Clean rooms, clean pool, friendly prompt service! For the future, I would also include the TV code for people in the welcome information. I will highly recommend your hotel and look forward to returning.

Don't believe the negative reviews. Clearly people are going to Wildwood, NJ expecting it be Vegas. Its New Jersey, not that serious. This place is great to stay and is one of the best in town to stay. Staff was very attentive and made our stay pleasant. The only thing true about the other reviews, is the parking. Definitely limited and first come first serve. Park and walk, go enjoy the boardwalk, beach and activities.

I loved how close the room was to the boardwalk but unfortunately the room is not as clean as I expected. The staff was great and helped with what we needed but the room felt like it had not been deep cleaned , including the bathroom which did not smell good and the once white shower curtain had now turned brown. The pull out bed also was very dirty and did not smell good.

As soon as I entered the room I was claustrophobic. The rooms in the pictures on their site are not what I was given. I had a tiny room. The bathroom was so small there wasn’t even room for a sink. The floors in the bathroom and room were dirty I barely even wanted to step on them with my socks. It rained the entire time I was down so I didn’t get to use the pool but the drains on the side of the pool were clogged with hair for 3 consecutive days. Staff were all very nice though. Definitely would not go back again. Very dated property. We watched two families check in and then leave within 24 hours.

The Nicest Motel I Stayed at for Jersey Shore

Awesome pace, great service, clean and nice rooms. Mini Kitchenette a real plus a Keurig and Nice Google 50ish TV an added plus. Bathroom could have been a bit more spacious but least of our worries for how nice it was and half a block from baordwalk.
