"Nice suite, great pools. Make sure you don't need a late checkout or to stay another night, you'll need to switch rooms. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Staff was good, Romeo the shuttle Driver was amazing 10/10 very friendly and understanding and also Cory one of the groundskeeper really friendly(10/10) Now the bad part was anyone at the sales galla they are entitled and the presentation is aggressive and pushy to the point one of the salesman outright disrespected us when we were hard stuck on the no. My recommendation is if you go to this resort don’t go near the sales galleria, bring a vehicle and don’t shop at the restaurants/stores on the resort other than that it’s a beautiful resort and we would go back again next time renting a car."

"I was really excited to stay here because the pictures online made the resort look amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms did not meet my expectations. The room was only somewhat clean, the sheets had stains, the carpets needed deep cleaning, and the walls, bathrooms, and curtains could all use some updating and TLC. I did call about a damaged window shade, and the staff was very accommodating and quick to offer a solution. However, it made me wonder why these issues weren’t addressed before guests checked in. The highlight of our stay was definitely the waterpark. It was clean and a lot of fun. My only complaint was the lazy river, as there weren’t enough tubes available for guests. Overall, our experience was okay, but the resort needs a deep cleaning and some updates. Because of that, I don’t plan on returning and will likely choose another resort in the future."

"The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier. Undecided if we would stay there again. Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe."
