"I liked the reception desk, the bar, and the staff. The room was adequate for our needs. We liked the the fact that the hotel had air conditioning since the temperature was abnormally very high during out stay. The hotel is centrally located for visiting the old town as well as the rest of Bamberg - a beautiful town and wonderful to visit."

"The hotel is within walking distance of Bamberg’s Old Town, making it a convenient location for exploring the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they include everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of good options. The spa is a bit outdated and nothing special, but it is still functional. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and it also offers a parking garage for an additional €20 per night."

"Staff very helpful. Only 10 minute walk to old town. Check in and out very easy. AC actually worked well! Room small but it worked."

"Great location, clean rooms, cozy bed. Easy to check in. Sweet of them to leave a complementary beer and water. My only complaint was the coffee machine didn't work in the morning (i think it need water or more coffee) but overall great stay for a night in the city. "
