「The customer service was not good, the communication was hard and the staff was not welcomming」

「We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. 「Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious.」

Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. It was very warm, but a hotel of that age can't be expected to have aircon so it was mitigated with fans. Staff were excellent throughout and sorted any minor niggle i had. Would highly recommend.」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」
