"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Area is a bit quiet and there isn't much eating out or shopping around (except 2-3 restaurants and a single supermarket a town nearby), and 30-35 minutes from Bayreuth (and much cheaper to stay here than in Bayreuth during August when the Wagner events are going on).
