「I travelled from Maryland to this Residence Inn location for a Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland at the Huntington Bank Field. The field was only 30 mins from this location and super easy to get too. There is a good pick of fast food options right by this Hotel. The staff were impeccable! Extremely friendly! The hotel itself was super clean and the Breakfast was delicious. They are pet friendly, have a hot tub and pool as well!! Can’t beat how convenient all that is! If I could give more...

「Breakfast was great, very responsive staff when my towel bar fell off the wall, quiet room. Loved it! The design is deliberately “old fashioned”, but the rooms could use upgrades. That’s my only complaint! 」

「This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

「Great location right by the highway exit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We drove from Cleveland Airport. Friendly staff! :) Keep up the good work! Mentor is a bigger city just 10 minutes away. Great options for restaurants and grocery stores. Too bad they didn't have a mini-fridge in the room. 「Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet.
