「We requested adjoining rooms because we had 4 boys and two adults. We made the reservation 5 days ahead and when we arrived we did not receive adjoining rooms making it VERY difficult for us. Shame on them」

「Book 2 weeks in advance , went to check in and was told that I had canceled my reservation which I had not and that I needed to find a different hotel even after showing my confirmation number thru Expedia. So I was turned away . Will never book with OYO again!」

「Never received my refund for deposit. No communication from staff. Rooms tv didn’t work rooms fridge didn’t work. Bed was so uncomfortable and room was absolutely filthy. 」

「Only booked for the pool asked about the pool then they ran and closed it so we couldn't use it the owner was racial profiling my family also I had booked 2 room 1 pet per room but they made me leave my cat in the car over night as well they charged me 225 extra deposit 」

「The hotel was decent. No real big issues. The parking lot sucks and the room was small. It had no microwave either. It’s okay for a quick one night stay. 」
