「We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. 」

「The room was amazing, it was perfect for a weekend away. The little touches made it extra special, the fridge was a bonus and the coffee machine. It was quiet and a great location, right opposite the abbey. It was only about a 5 minute walk into town and only about 20 minutes from the station. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「Staff were very friendly, we had our dog and although he was not allowed in the main eating area, the team accommodated an ensured we had breakfast delivered to our room. Breakfast was great and good quality food. Very lovely hotel and great location, definitely recommend 」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out, the breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and good quality food. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean ..have no complaints. The hotel itself is not easy to find without the use of a satnav, but being in a quiet location and with the comfy bed a good night’s sleep was guaranteed. 」
