「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. 「由落機的機場接送到櫃台check-in, 全程職員跟進，行李有人打點，check-in 後有哥爾夫球車送你到獨立小屋門前，超服務貼心。 小屋環境清幽，雖然下面便是主街，但有種遠離煩囂的感覺。 島上住宿一般是早上10:00 退房，自助早餐也是早上10:30 完結，正當我們苦惱，究竟先要退房還是先吃早餐，（因為退房和訂了自助早餐的餐廳有一段距離呢）於是打到前台一問，能不能吃完早餐才回房間拿行李再退房，意想不到的服務要出現，職員說:即管去享受早餐，行李放在房間，會有專人過來幫你拿行李到大堂，食完早餐後才前往櫃台交還門匙。 那刻有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務一流好貼心 。 PS 記得自備牙膏牙刷^_^」

「初到澳洲，进入度假村，感觉小小的，还没什么感觉。 在探究一番后发现，附件有个大卖场，离Main street有点远，不过应该基本都是定的day trip，都会有专车来接送，还可以。偶尔想走走海边步道，半个小时就可以到主街，也蛮方便。最最靠谱的应该还是这个village房间可以自己做饭，早饭，晚饭，去附件超市买点食物回来，冰箱保存，很是方便。 屋子外面还有个吊床or躺椅，很惬意。很适合不需要5星标准住宿的朋友，家一样的感觉。还可以找主人来咨询各种问题，各种day trip，主人很努力的帮你解决。记得去之前带点中国小礼物，主人蛮喜欢中国的。」
