「Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

The staff was amazing—especially Rachel and Sene at reception, but all of them were friendly and very helpful, providing all the explanations I needed before check-in and during my stay. Everything is close to the hotel, and the gym is incredible.」
