「We enjoyed our stay. The rooms looked like they were recently updated and remodeled.」

「The first suite we checked into was missing a TV. The carpet was torn and shredded in a large spot. Since there was no one on staff to do maintenance, we were transferred to another room. That room was much nicer with newer carpeting,except the TV in the sitting room did not work. The pool area seemed like it had not been cleaned and the women’s bathroom in the pool area was terrible. We debated simply leaving and finding nicer accommodations. We did not. The breakfast was very good.」

「I traveled to Beckley for work, and this hotel was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. I had to adjust my stay by a couple of days, and the staff were so helpful and kind in making the change.」

「It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!」

「There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.」
